West Newbigging

This luxurious development of 6 new bespoke homes consists of a semi-detached new build property with shared courtyard to rear with large gardens to front and rear.

Alexandra Place, Arbroath

Designed by the Voigt Partnership in consultation with Moir Construction, six good sized residential flats were advertised on the former Arbroath Lads Football Club site. Four of the six properties were sold off-plan prior to any works commencing on site.

The Cairnie, Arbroath

The site of the former Cairnie Pub in Arbroath was purchased and developed as a joint venture between Moir Construction and Fotheringham Property Developments of Inverbervie.
